Kempis on: Prudence in Action

   Catchy image huh? Now that I have other posts published I've decided to ease up a tad and present my humorous side. But, this picture has a purpose and meaning to me. Couple that with a quote by Pope St. John Paul II:  "Stupidity is also a gift from God, but one mustn't misuse it." ( NOTE:   I've received many very good suggestions how to approach Kempis in these posts. But, like the book I wrote, I make this about me ONLY because I don't want anyone to make the same mistakes I've made in the past and pray for conversion of all. Thus, I am very transparent., almost to a fault.)   Welcome to Our Faith and Home blog   Hello my name is Joanne Utke welcome to Our blog for Faith and the Home. I wanted a place where all of my blogs can converge into one. So you will see posts here that are from me sharing from my other blogs when topic is relevant. I am calling this Our Faith and Home because I feel that these are most important in life. I like to write about health, mindset, Christianity and home making. I am also a homeschool mom. So this blog is going to bring all of that together for you.  As a mom, and wife I know how difficult life can be sometimes. Having a faith rooted in Christ I think is key to overcoming the difficulties as well as learning to cope with them in a healthy way. Prayer, worship and scripture is at the center of that. I believe that when you have a good relationship with Jesus you will have a good relationship with others.
